The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on vh777a at any time. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. vh777a will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. All activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify vh777a immediately via the Live Chat support channel.

vh777a reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. This may include requesting official identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation in relation to PKR deposits. Withdrawal processing may be paused pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

All financial transactions on the vh777a platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Dormant Account Policy: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. vh777a may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of 500 PKR after this period. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after 24 months of inactivity.

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real PKR. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds are all specified in the individual promotion terms. Players should review these terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

vh777a reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus awarded to a Player's Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional structures, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any form of collusion. In such cases, winnings generated from abused bonus funds may be forfeited in full.

Bonuses are intended for recreational entertainment purposes. Players who have activated self-exclusion tools, set deposit limits, or requested cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive bonus offers during those restriction periods.

Winnings generated through any of the prohibited conduct listed above will be void and forfeited. The relevant Account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

The general principle is that bets are final once confirmed. The following circumstances may result in a bet being declared void:

• The relevant sporting event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time;
• The bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error on the part of vh777a — defined as odds that deviate by more than 20% from the true market odds at the time of placement;
• The event or competitor is removed from the competition after the bet was placed for reasons unrelated to performance;
• Technical malfunction of the vh777a platform at the moment the bet was placed, causing the bet to be recorded erroneously.

In the event of a void bet, the staked PKR amount is returned to the Player's Account Balance. Void bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

For live Cockfighting events, specific void conditions related to event abandonment, animal withdrawal before the event commences, and technical streaming failures are detailed in the Cockfighting Event Rules available in the Cockfighting section of the Platform.

The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all Players from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss per day, week, or month. The Account will be restricted from further wagers once the limit is reached within the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration per session. Upon reaching the limit, the session is ended and a mandatory break is enforced.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and net PKR outcome at customisable intervals.

vh777a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Failure to complete required KYC documentation within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated through the Player's payment provider;
• Operation of multiple Accounts or registration following a prior permanent closure;
• Threats, abusive language, or harassment directed at the vh777a support team.

Upon termination for breach, vh777a may withhold any balance remaining in the Account pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct, the full Account balance may be forfeited. For terminations not related to Player misconduct, any real-money PKR balance will be returned to the registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the vh777a support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money PKR balance will be refunded to the registered payment method upon closure.

• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Errors in game outcome display caused by the Player's own device, browser, or internet connection;
• Any action or inaction by third-party payment providers causing delays in PKR deposit or withdrawal processing.

vh777a does not warrant that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Before initiating any formal dispute, Players must raise the matter with the vh777a support team and allow a period of 30 days for internal resolution. The formal dispute resolution process is as follows:

3. A resolution response will be issued within 14 business days of the acknowledgement date;
